The 813C-50 features an electronically controlled deadlatch for entry and exit. The handle can be electronically activated from the inside and outside to open the door. The handle on the inside and outside is activated electronically by a signal from the access control, code lock, or similar system; alternatively, the inside handle can be activated by a request to open the button.
